MISSION STATEMENT:
The 109th Judicial District Community Supervision and Corrections Department in Winkler County, Texas assists the District and County courts in the fair administration of justice by effectively supervising offenders using a balanced approach of proactive strategies thereby protecting the community and assisting offenders to continue to strive successfully.
